After the buy week and the All-Star break the Pens are 2-3.They put up stellar games over the Lightning and Senators but had bad losses over the Devils, Leafs, and Canes.The Pens head to Florida to take on the Panthers and Lighting.They head back to Philly before they come home again with the Oilers in town on the 13th.NHLAlex Ovechkin become the highest scoring Russian-born player after his goal, topping Sergei Fedorov on the list.Austin Matthews' $11.65 million contract extension with the Leafs locks him up 5 more years.Pitt BasketballDropping another ACC game to Wake Forest. With the final seconds ticking down, Wake passed underneath for an easy layup.The Pitt D was nowhere to be found.That tied the game up for overtime which the Demon Deacons took full advantage of with some key 3-pointers.78-76 final.The schedule doesn’t get easier for the Panthers.
